Returns & Exchange Policy

In Short:
Read our policy in full and then complete a return submission if you qualify.
We allow returns within 7 days.
They have to be returned in same condition/unused.
A restocking fee may apply.
It is the customer's responsibility for shipping cost of the return.
The original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
Please allow a 7 day processing time for refund/return.

Handmade Cymbals:

B20 Red Cymbals are handmade which make them look unique and have great tone. While we do our best to make sure that each cymbal is consistent in appearance and sound there may be imperfections in the finish of the cymbal.

An example of this are when cymbals are raw or when the bell is raw/unlathed they can sometimes have scratches on the bell as the metal is raw and may have a blotchy appearance due to the raw nature of the metal.
Imperfections can be what makes the cymbal unique.

Returns

     Please complete a Product Return Submission (below) first. 
Red Cymbals product returns / exchanges can be made only ONCE for each individual purchase. Customers will be responsible for cymbal return / exchange costs such as shipping.

    For returns / exchanges, you must use a trackable shipping service AND purchase shipping insurance to cover the full cost of the item(s) in the box. We will not be held liable for damages should the goods reach us in a less than pristine condition.

    Items are to be returned in the original sale condition in the original box and packaging.

    All items are to be returned within 7 days of the received date. If 7 days have expired since receiving the goods we cannot offer you a refund or exchange without potentially attracting a restocking fee. After 14 days of purchase we cannot offer an exchange, refund or return.

    Items need to show no signs of use, abuse, stick marks, or fingerprints to be eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be offered in the event that the goods are used. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of the original sale price or refusal/denial if we are unable to re-sell the returned item(s) as “new”.

    Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the result of your submission. If an exchange or refund is approved, it will be processed, and a appropriate action taken within 7 days.

    Refunds or exchanges are only available for the item’s original sale price at the day and time of sale as noted on your receipt.

    Red Cymbals reserves the right to make alterations to this policy dependant on the situation.

    Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers won’t ever get stuck with the wrong piece of gear yet also that we are not left with used products that we cannot resell.

ORDER INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped no immediate cancellations can be made. If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details please email us ASAP at info@redcymbals.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

Please Note: Product colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor settings. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly inspect all goods before they are sent out to you however if an error has been made we will do our best rectify it. We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of product especially if they have been used.

Cymbal Hard Case / Bag Warranty:

The Red Cymbals Hard Cases and Cymbal Bags come with a limited 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects when used as intended. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or incurred when used to transport cymbals while travelling with any airline. We advise taking out travel insurance even when travelling domestically. Damage caused by mishandling from airline staff should be rectified by said airline and is not covered by warranty.
