Estimates do not include delays outside of our control however we will work hard to resolve them and ensure that customers receive their goods within a reasonable time frame.
TAXES & DUTIES
Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties*, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number to assist you in following the delivery of your goods.
Please note that customs have the right to delay delivery to conduct routine checks.
USA Taxes and Duties: if shipping via Aust Post we pre-pay the duties and taxes levied by US Customs so that you don't have to - however if shipping via Fed Ex there may be duties and taxes payable once the parcel arrives.
